摘  要:采用OOT-RAD联合工艺,对某黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液进行了处理试验研究。其研究结果表明:在碱性条件下,初始p H和气液比对OOT法处理效果有一定影响,但处理效果均较好,氧化剂投加量为417 mg/L时OOT法处理后总氰化合物质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L;经OOT-RAD联合工艺处理后,总氰化合物质量浓度小于0.2 mg/L,铜质量浓度小于0.1 mg/L,COD质量浓度小于50 mg/L。OOT法与RAD法的联合应用,使其处理工艺结合紧密,新颖独特,使处理黄金矿山尾矿库淋溶液的效果稳定可靠。The effect the combined process OOT-RAD has in treating leaching solutions in the tailings dam of gold mines is studied in this paper. Studies show that: under alkaline conditions,although initial p H and gas-liquid ratio have some impact on the OOT effect,the treating effects are fairly good; when the oxidant dosage is 417 mg / L,the concentration of total cyanide after treatment by OOT is less than 0. 5 mg / L; after OOT-RAD,the concentration of total cyanide is less than 0. 2 mg / L and the concentration of copper is less than 0. 1 mg / L,and COD is less than50 mg / L. Combining OOT process with RAD process tightly is new and unique,which treats gold mines’ leaching solutions in the tailings dam stably and reliably.
