摘 要:从评价范围、评价方法、评价内容、结果分析这四方面,对新旧版本的国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》进行了详细对比。基于新版国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》对国内多个已获绿色建筑标识的公共建筑项目的定量指标进行了调研分析,结果表明:新国标所设置的容积率、地下空间开发利用、可再生能源利用、非传统水源利用率、可再利用材料和可再循环材料用量比例、采光系数等指标水平,适用于现阶段公共建筑的评价;而绿地率等指标设置偏高。A comparison is made between Assessment Standard for Green Building (updated) and Evaluation Standard for Green Building (precious), through evaluation scope, evaluation methods, evaluation content and result analysis. Based on Assessment Standard for Green Building (updated) , research and analysis are carried out of quantitative indicators of various domestic public building projects which have received Green Building Evaluation Label. The result indicates that several indicators are reasonably set in the updated national standard, such as plot ratio, underground space development, utilization of renewable energy, utilization of non-traditional water source, proportion of reusable & recyclable material consumption and daylight factor, while some indexes are set a bit high, for example greening rate are.
