我国绿色建筑运行维护存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：本文分析了我国绿色建筑在运行和维护阶段的现状和问题,虽然我国的绿色建筑发展迅速,但绿色建筑的运行维护现状并不理想,存在缺失完善的综合调适体系,无系统的技术优化管理措施、人员技术参差不齐、不同阶段对绿色建筑运行维护的衔接和协调不足等问题。面对目前我国绿色建筑在运行维护上存在的问题,本文提出了相应的解决方法和对策。This paper analyzes the current situations and problems in the operation and maintenance of our country＇s green building. Although the green building in our country has been progressing so fast, the operation and maintenance of buildings are not ideal. There are still lots of problems, such as the shortage of the perfect integrated system of commissioning, the lack optimization measures of system management, the uneven level of technical engineers and the deficiency of tech convergence and coordination to the operation and maintenance of the buildings in different stages. In the face of the existing problems of operation and maintenance of green building in our country, this paper puts forward solutions and countermeasures.
