和顺新村生态移民住宅能源自维持性研究

摘  要:通过对宁夏银川地区和顺新村生态移民住宅的用能调研,建立能耗分析模型,确定模型边界条件及各项参数进行模拟研究,得到该类住宅的基本能耗及能耗结构。结果表明,仅考虑围护结构采用节能措施的生态移民住宅模型相较于对比模型节能14.2%;住宅可再生能源利用具有很好的地区适宜性,可再生能源占住宅总能耗的76.7%,远高于寒冷地区普通农宅36%的比例,能源自维持性较好;和顺新村示范项目每年可节约耗煤量约664.6 t,减少二氧化碳排放量约1 841 kg,生态效益良好。研究结果可为新农村住宅的建造、改造提供能源建设参考,推进农村绿色建筑的发展。Based on energy research about ecological immigration housing in Heshunxin Village in Ningxia Yinehuan, this paper establishes energy consumption simulation model and determines the model boundary conditions and parameters. Then the simulation study is carried out, and gets the basic residential energy consumption and energy structure characteristics. The results shows that, compared to the benchmark model, Heshunxin Village ecological resettlement residential model saves 14.2% energy; the proportion of renewable energy consumption in the total energy consumption of residential is high, energy self-sustaining is good ; saving coal consumption about 664.4 tons annual,reducing carbon dioxide emissions about 1 840 kg annual,ecological benefit is good. The research results can provide reference about the construction of energy construction for the new rural residential renovation, and promote the development of green building in rural areas.
