栀子蛋清方治疗四肢创伤性肢体肿痛60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察栀子蛋清方治疗创伤性肢体肿痛患者的临床疗效。方法将120例四肢创伤性肢体肿痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予外敷栀子蛋清方,对照组给予外敷消定膏,每天换药1次,两组均治疗12天,并随访1个月,于治疗前及治疗后6、12天对肿胀程度、疼痛、肿胀范围进行评分并判定临床疗效,观察不良事件发生情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为83.33%,对照组为88.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后6天、12天、随访时疼痛、肿胀程度、肿胀范围评分较本组治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05)。两组治疗后6天、12天、随访时疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后6天肿胀程度、肿胀范围评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但在治疗12天、随访时两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论栀子蛋清方治疗创伤性肢体肿痛的临床疗效与消定膏相当,并且栀子蛋清方能更快减轻肢体肿胀情况。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhizi（ gardenia） Danqing（ egg white） Formula in treating patients with traumatic swelling pain limbs. Methods Totally 120 cases of traumatic limb swelling pain were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 cases in each. The patients in treatment group were given external application of Zhizi Danqing Formula,and the patients in control group were given external application of Xiaoding Ointment（ 消定膏）. Both groups were dressed one time a day for 12 days,and then followed up for one month. The degree of swelling,pain,and swelling range of the patients in both groups were scored before treatment and 6,12 days after treatment to determine the clinical efficacy. The adverse events were also observed.Results The total effective rate was 83. 33% in the treatment group and 88. 33% in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. After treatment for 6 days and 12 days,the pain,the degree of swelling and swelling range was significantly improved in both groups（ P 〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups after treatment for 6 days and 12 days（ P〉 0. 05）. Six days after treatment,the swelling degree and swelling range in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）,but 12 days after treatment,there was no significant difference in those scores between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic swelling pain of limbs; Zhizi Danqing Formula has similar curative effect with Xiaoding Ointment; and Zhizi Danqing Formular can relieve limb swelling faster.
