益肾健脾法针刺治疗轻度抑郁症30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾健脾法针刺治疗轻度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例轻度抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用针刺膻中、中脘、气海、血海、足三里、内关、太溪等穴位治疗,每日1次;对照组给予盐酸氯西汀片口服每次20 mg,每日1次,两组均治疗30天。比较两组治疗前后中医证候量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果两组患者治疗后HAMD评分、中医证候量表各症状评分及总分与本组治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组嗳气太息、胸闷心悸、失眠健忘评分及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论益肾健脾法针刺能明显缓解轻度抑郁症患者症状,尤其在改善嗳气太息、胸闷心悸、失眠健忘方面疗效更佳。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of tonifying kidney and spleen acupuncture methods in treating mild depression. Methods Sixty cases of patients suffering from mild depression were randomly divided into a treating group and a control group, with 30 cases in each. Treating group adopted acupuncture treatment at acupoints like Danzhong （ RN17 ） , Zhongwan （ RN12）, Qihai （ RN6）, Xuehai （ SP10）, Zusanli （ ST36 ）, Neiguan （PC6）, Taixi （KI3）, etc, once each day; Control group was given fluoxetine hydrochloride tablets orally, 20 mg each time, once daily. Two groups were both treated for 30 days. Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale score and Hamilton＇s Depression Scale （HAMD） score of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, HAMD scores, as well as each symptom score and total scores of Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale remarkably decreased in both groups （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ） , especially HAMD scores, as well as scores of belching and sighing, chest discomfort and palpitation, insomnia and forgetfulness, and total scores of Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale in treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture methods of tonifying kidney and spleen can remarkably release symptoms of patients suffering from mild depression, and is especially good in improving belching and sighing, chest discomfort and palpitation, insomnia and forgetfulness, etc.
