摘  要:为对混凝土梁桥下部结构可靠性进行合理评价,采用多指标多级可拓评价方法与改进的层次分析法结合,通过计算其关联度,将多因子的评价归结为单目标决策,以定量的数值表示评价结果。建立基于可拓学的混凝土梁桥下部结构可靠性评价模型,对某梁桥下部结构进行多指标多级可拓评价。结果表明,桥梁下部结构可靠性状态为Ⅳ类且略偏于Ⅲ类,根据评价结果和桥梁病害发展趋势对下部结构进行处治,并采用荷载试验验证了评价结果及处治方法的合理性和有效性。多指标多级可拓评价方法是面向评估对象与过程统一的评价方法,评估结果能够反映桥梁下部结构的总体可靠性。评价方法过程中给出了项目层的现状水平,有助于分析桥梁可靠性下降的原因,以及优化结构的维修、加固决策。In order to reasonably evaluate the reliability of the substructure of concrete beam bridge, multi--index multilevelextension assessment method is combined with the improved AHP. Multi-factor assessment is transformed into single-objective decision by calculating the relational degree so that the assessment results can be presented by quantitative data. The reliability assessment model of the substructure of existing concrete beam bridge is set up based on the extenics. The substructure reliability of an existing concrete beam bridge is evaluated by multi-index multilevel extension assessment method. The results show that reliability status of the bridge is classified as IV but close to III. Some effective treatments are taken according to the assessment results and the development of the diseases. The rationality and validity of the assessment results and treatment methods are verified by load test. The multi=index multilevel extension assessment method is a unified evaluation method of object and process. Therefore, the assessment results can reflect the general reliability of the bridge substructure. The project levels are given in the process of the assessment, which is contributed to analyzing the causes of the reliability declining and making the reasonable decisions on maintenance and rehabilitation.
