基于县域尺度的甘肃省畜牧业产业集中度测算与优势区域识别

摘　　要：基于2001、2007、2013年甘肃省86个县市9种畜牧业产品的产量数据,利用产业集中率、赫芬达尔指数、N指数测算甘肃省畜牧业及其9种产品的产业集中度,进而依据产量份额划分各自的主产县市,并按集中连片原则识别优势生产区域。研究结果表明,全省畜牧业产业集中度偏低、均匀分布度偏高,生产布局分散、竞争力不强;其中蜂蜜、禽肉、牛奶产业集中度较高,山羊毛、绵羊毛产业集中度适中,牛肉、羊肉、猪肉、禽蛋产业集中度偏低。据此,根据甘肃地形、草畜资源识别位于甘肃河西、中南部、陇东南的9种畜牧业产品各自的优势生产区域,其中河西区域草原、农作物秸秆丰富,包含8种畜牧业产品优势生产区域,宜培育集约化畜牧业产业带;中南部高山草甸、林间草地、人工草地丰富,包含7种畜牧业产品优势生产区域,宜培育绿色畜牧业产业带;陇东南气候适宜,蜂蜜、山羊毛、肉牛的产量占全省最高,包含5种畜牧业产品优势生产区域,宜培育精加工畜牧业产业带。最后,应通过推行差异化的生产布局与养殖方式、完善产业运行体系与市场环境,提高畜牧业产业集中度、增强优势区域竞争力。B ased on the output data of 9 products of anim al husbandry industry of G ansu Province in 2001, 2007 and 2013, this paper analyzed the industrial concentration degree of anim al husbandry industry and its 9 products by calculating the concentration ratio, the H erfindahl-H irschm an-Index, and the N index and identified the advantage regions of 9 products of anim al industry according to geographic proxim ity and concentration ratio of each county. Resultsindicatethat,fortheanimalhusbandryindustryofGansuProvince,theindustrialconcentrationdegreeisverylow and m arket uniform ity ratio is very high, m eaning that its production locations are scattered all of the province w ith relatively low com petitiveness and low efficiency.Specifically,the production of honey,poultry and m ilk have higher degree of industrial concentration w hile the production of beef, pork, lam b and eggs have low degree of industrial concentration, and the production of goat hair and sheep w ool are in betw een. A ccordingly, the paper identified the regions w ith advantages of 9 products of anim al husbandry industry by com paring the output shares, the geographical characteristics,and grassland and anim alresources ofG ansu Province.There is abundantgrassland and hay resource in the w estern district,thus itincluded 8 productregions and should be developed as specialized anim alhusbandry industry belt. In south-central district, there are plenty of high m ountain m eadow s, forest grasslands and artificial grasslands, w hich included 7 productregions and should be developed as ecologicalanim alhusbandry industry belt.In southeastern district,itsclim ate isidealforanim alproduction,and isthe largestproduction region ofhoney,beef,and goathair,thus included 5 productregions and should be developed as intensive processing anim alhusbandry industry belt.Finally,in ordertoimprovetheindustrialconcentrationandensurethedevelopmentofregionswithadvantages,thispapersuggests to increase the product diversity, to im prove operating system and m arket e
