摘　　要：本研究旨在观察由等比例山楂、连翘、金银花和五味子组成的中药复方对大肠杆菌攻毒小鼠的保护作用,为其在大肠杆菌病防治中的应用提供依据。通过腹腔注射大肠杆菌成功建立小鼠的大肠杆菌病模型,利用组织病理学等方法,研究中药复方对小鼠大肠杆菌病的防治效果。结果表明,中药复方对大肠杆菌病小鼠的生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但可降低小鼠死亡数、提高存活率、缓解空肠和回肠的绒毛损伤(P<0.05)。说明中药复方对小鼠大肠杆菌病具有明显的保护作用。The present study was conducted to observe the protective effects of Chinese herbal formula （including Fructus Crataegi,Fructus Forsythiae,Flos Lonicerae,and Fructus Schisandrae ; 1 ： 1： 1：1 ） in mice challenged with E. coli in order to provide a basis for their application in the prevention and treatment of colibacillosis. Colibacillosis model in mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of E. coli,and then,the preventive effects of Chinese herbal formula on colibacil- losis in mice were studied using histological methods. The Chinese herbal formula had no significant effects on growth performance（P 〉 0.05 ）, while decreased the death number, increased survival rates, and relieved the lesion of jejunal and ileal villus in mice with colibacillosis （P 〈 0.05）. These findings indicated that the Chinese herbal formula presen- ted obvious protective effects on colibacillosis in mice.
