图书开放获取模式及整合利用研究

摘　　要：在开放获取运动的进程中,图书的开放获取正在成为下一个关注点。通过案例研究的方法,文章探讨了开放获取图书的"传统出版—数字化—开放获取模式"、"在线OA出版—开放获取模式"和"自存档—开放获取模式"三种开放获取模式,剖析了开放获取图书同构整合利用和异构整合利用的原理。在考察出版商、研究成果产出者和终端用户等利益相关者在图书开放获取理念、态度和行动转变的基础上,认为未来在全球范围内图书的开放获取发展会更积极,我国应在制定强制开放获取相关政策、建立开放获取图书出版平台、建立中国开放获取图书目录,图书馆整合利用等方面做好前瞻性研究,并做出有益尝试。Open access book（OAB）is becoming a next focal point of open access movement. This paper discusses several OAB modes, including ＂traditional publishing-digitization-open access mode＂, ＂online OA publishing-open access mode＂ and ＂self-archiving-open access mode＂, analyzes principle of OAB through case studies, and also discusses the bright future of OAB as awareness and action changing from publishers, researchers, end-users to other stakeholders involved. Finally, the paper suggests libraries and institutes all over China should d OAB, establishing online O the existing OAB directory o some prospective researches and practices on making mandatory policies on AB publishing platform, establishing a nationwide OAB directory, and utilizing of other countries.
