摘　　要：基于目前木材加工业持续快速发展的现状,融资结构不合理已严重影响行业竞争力的提高,木材加工业中小企业融资难,迫切需要融资渠道的创新。且第三方物流企业蓬勃发展,有能力提供金融物流服务。文章旨在通过对绥芬河市木材加工业供应链企业基本信息、伙伴关系、信息共享情况、供应链金融产品和风险以及相关物流金融等问题进行调查和分析,揭示存在问题,提出加强木材加工业供应链金融管理的对策以及促进铁路仓单质押进行融资的建议。Based on the status of the rapid and continuous development of wood processing industry, unreasonable financing structure has seriously affected the competitiveness of industry, wood processing industry of small and me- dium-sized enterprise financing difficulties, urgently needs the innovation of the financing channels. And the third party logistics enterprise vigorous development, has the ability to provide financial logistics service. Aiming to basic information of Suifenhe timber processing enterprise, supply chain partnership, information sharing, financial prod- ucts and supply chain risk and related Logistics financial problems such as investigation and analysis, reveals the prob- lems, put forward to strengthen the management of wood processing industry supply chain financial countermea- sures and promote the railway warehouse receipt pledge financing proposal.
