426例大型货运机动车职业驾驶人员心电图结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对从事大型货运机动车职业驾驶人员心电图异常改变的类型、特点的分析,为该人群早期发现并预防心血管疾病提供依据。方法选取2011年10月-2015年1月426例在某院体检的大型货运机动车职业驾驶人员的心电图检查。采用统一诊断标准进行心电图的分析,统计各类心电图异常情况并对心电图异常检出结果进行分析。结果(1)异常心电图总检出率为35.68%,主要为窦性心律不齐、ST-T改变、左室高电压等;(2)男性的心电图总异常检出率明显高于女性(P<0.05);(3)年轻年龄组和中年年龄组的心电图异常检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大型货运机动车职业驾驶人员心电图改变明显,加强心血管系统健康监护对早期发现和预防心血管疾病具有重要意义。Objective The stud3＇ aimed to analyze the type and characteristics of abnormal ECG in professional lorry drivers, so as to provide a reference for early detection and prevention of cardiovascular disease. Methods 426 lorry drivers＇ ECG in our hospital between October of 2011 and January of 2015 were selected for detection. Unified diagnostic standard was used for the analysis of ECG and statistics of all kinds of ECG abnormalities, and the abnormal ECG detection results were analyzed. Results （1） The overall rate of abnormal ECG was 35.68%. The abnormity mainly contained sinus arrhythmia, ST-T change, and left ventricular high voltage; （2） Total abnormal ECG of males was significantly higher than that of females （P〈0.05）; （3） The rate of abnormal ECG detection between young age group and middle age group does not has obvious difference （P〉0.5）. Conclusion The change of ECG in professional lorry drivers is significant. Enhancing cardiovascular health surveillance may play an important role in early detection and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
