摘　　要：目的在性行为角色的基础上分析MSM发生肛交行为时使用安全套的影响因素,为今后MSM人群的干预工作提供依据。方法以2009年"男男性行为人群艾滋病综合防治试点"项目中,成都市调查的肛交行为角色为0.5的MSM人群为研究对象,使用双反应变量模型分析使用安全套的影响因素。结果 227名调查对象82.8%的未婚,58.1%为大专及以上文化程度,62.8%通过互联网联系寻找性伴;肛交行为做"1"时,安全套坚持使用率为44.9%,肛交行为做"0"时,安全套坚持使用率为47.6%;最近1年做过艾滋病咨询或检测与没有做过艾滋病咨询或检测的MSM最近6个月发生肛交做"1"或做"0"时,坚持使用安全套的OR值为2.36;没有男性固定性伴与有男性固定性伴的MSM最近6个月发生肛交做"0"时,坚持使用安全套的OR值为2.87;文化程度为大专及以上与文化程度为初中及以下的MSM最近6个月发生肛交做"0"时,坚持使用安全套的OR值为3.45。结论有男性固定性伴的MSM最近6个月发生肛交做"0"时,坚持使用安全套的情况更差;做过艾滋病咨询或检测的MSM发生肛交行为时安全套的使用情况更好;文化程度为大专及以上的MSM最近6个月发生肛交做"0"时,坚持使用安全套的情况更好。提示需要进一步促进艾滋病咨询检测,提高MSM对HIV感染风险的认识,改善安全套使用状况。Objective Based on the analysis of sex roles among MSM, influence factors for MSM to use condoms when having anal sex were analyzed so as to provide reference for the subsequent work. Methods According to the ＂Chinese National Pilot Program on MSM and HIV/AIDS＂, MSM who preferred the versatile role （＂0.5＂） were selected, and the influencing factors of condom use was analyzed by utilizng bivariate logistic model. Results 227 MSMs were recruited, 58.1% of which had junior college education or above and 62.8% sought sexual partners through internet. MSMs who had accepted VCT in the last year were more hkely to consistently use condoms when being top or bottom （＂1＂ or ＂0＂） during anal sex in the last 6 months （OR=2.87）. Having no fixed sexual partner or having junior college education had significant influence on condoms use when being bottom （＂0＂） during anal sex in the last 6 months. Conclusion MSMs who had fixed sexual partners were less likely to consistently use condoms when being bottom （＂0＂） during anal sex in the last 6 months. MSM who had accepted VCT tended to use condoms when being top or bottom （＂ 1 ＂or＂0＂） during anal sex in the last 6 months. MSM who had junior college or above education were more likely to consistently use condom when being bottom （＂0＂） during anal sex in the last 6 months. This result prompts that efforts must be made to promote VCT and improve MSMs＇ understanding of infection risk without using condoms.
