摘 要:目的 建立在线固相萃取-高效液相色谱快速检测水中灭草松、2,4-滴的方法。方法 样品过滤后直接进样,在富集柱上进行纯化和富集,通过阀的切换把富集柱上的被测组分转移至分析柱上分离分析,外标峰面积法定量。结果 灭草松、2,4-滴在2~100 ng/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,线性相关性r值分别为0.9999和0.9996,检出限分别为0.010 ng/ml和0.030 ng/ml,加标回收率在97.8%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差在0.34%~2.91%之间。结论 该方法操作简单,快速,精密度和准确度好,可满足水中灭草松和2,4-滴的检测。Objective The objective of the study was to establish a method for rapid determination of bentazone and 2, 4-D in water by online solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography (online SPE-HPLC). Methods Samples were directly injected after filtration, followed by passing through a SPE column for purification and enrichment. Fractions with the analytes on the SPE column were transferred to an analytical column by valve switching and were quantitized by using external standards. Results Bentazone and 2, 4-D exhibited good linearity within 2-100 ng/ml of concentration, with correlation coefficients r of 0.9999 and 0.9996, respectively. The detection limits were 0.010 ng/ml and 0.030 ng/ml, respectively. The recovery rate with added standards ranged between 97.8% and 104.5%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.34%-2.91%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, high in precision and accuracy, and thus meets the requirement for determination of bentazone and 2, 4-D in water.
