摘　　要：随着高层建筑和大型公众场所的出现,建筑内部配备的消防设施越来越多。消防控制室作为各类消防设施的"中枢"和"大脑",对火灾防控起着非常重要的作用。但是,从目前的情况来看,消防控制室运行管理的过程中存在诸多问题,它们严重制约着火灾防控作用的发挥。通过分析消防控制室运行管理过程中存在的主要问题,就如何最大化发挥消防控制室的火灾防控作用提出了相关建议,以期为日后的相关工作提供参考和借鉴。With the emergence of high-rise buildings and large public places, the construction of fire facilities is more and more. As the ＂central＂ and ＂brain＂ of all kinds of fire protection facilities, fire control room plays a very important role in fire prevention and control. However, from the present situation, there are many problems in the process of the operation management of the fire control room, which seriously restrict the function of fire prevention and control. This paper analyzes the main problems in the process of operation and management of the fare control room, and puts forward some suggestions on how to maximize the fire prevention and control of the fire control room.
