摘 要:为了研究过渡管结构对方锥管布浆器内浆流流动特性的影响,基于两种不同的过渡管结构,采用计算流体动力学方法,对方锥形布浆总管内压力分布及支管束的质量流量分布进行了分析,并对两种结构下过渡管长度对布浆器布浆效果的影响进行了对比分析,过渡管长度分别为200、250、300、350、400 mm。结果表明:在过渡管长度一定的情况下,结构二比结构一支管束流量分布均匀。在结构一中,过渡管长度越长,支管束流量分布越均匀;结构二随着过渡管长度增加,流量分布偏差先变小后变大,在300 mm时偏差最小。In order to reveal the influence of construction of coupling tube on the effect of the flow characteristics of fluid in rectangular tapered pulp distributor, the pressure distributions in the rectangular tapered header as well as the mass flowrate distribution out of manifold tubes were investigated based on computational fluid dynamics in two different coupling tubes. Rhen, the influence of lengths of coupling tube on the effect of the flow characteristics of fluid in two different constructions were comparatively investigated. The lengths of coupling tube were respectively 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 mm.The results show that there are distinct non-uniformity of the mass flowrate distributions in two different construction as the length of coupling tube is certain, but the improved construction is better than the traditional one, and that the mass flowrate deviation out of manifold tubes is more and more small in the traditional construction with the length of coupling tube increase, while the mass flowrate deviation out of manifold tubes is the least in the improved construction when the length of coupling tube is 300 mm.
