摘 要:研究添加润湿剂和助悬剂后研磨时间对硫磺分散体性能和密封纸板性能的影响。结果表明:随着研磨时间的延长,硫磺分散体的平均粒径减小,Zeta电位绝对值增大,表面电荷量先增大后略有减小;以其作为硫化剂的密封纸板的抗张强度、压缩率和回弹率都先增大后减小。然后,以最佳的研磨时间制备出优化的硫磺分散体,研究了硫磺分散体用量对密封纸板性能的影响,并与未优化的硫磺分散体做了比较。研究发现:优化后的硫磺分散体使用效果更好;随着用量的增加,密封纸板的抗张指数和回弹率先增大后减小,压缩率先减小后增大。After adding wetting agent and the suspending agent, the effect of the grinding time on the performance of sulfur dispersion and the sealing paperboard was studied, The results showed that with the grinding time increasing, average of partide size sulfur dispersion decreases, the absolute value of Zeta potential increases, surface charge increases firstly and then decreases slightly. As for the sealing paperboard that use sulfur dispersion as vulcanizing agent, tensile strength, compression ratio and rebound rate increase firstly and then decrease, q'hen, the optimized sulfur dispersion was prepared by the optimum grinding time. Compared to sulfur dispersion that was not optimized, the influence of the sulfur dispersion amount on the sealing performance was studied. It is found that the optimized sulfur dispersion have better using effect, with the increase of the dosage, the tensile index and rebound rate of the sealing paperboard increase firstly and then decrease .while the compression ratio decrease firstly and then increase.
