聚-β-羟基丁酸作为造纸助剂的应用研究

摘　　要：利用褐球固氮菌可发酵生产聚-β-羟基丁酸(Poly-β-hydroxybntyrate,简称PHB)。通过简单的化学方法提取纯化得到PHB,将其作为造纸助剂与普通纸浆纤维素复合抄制形成纸张,并对纸张的干湿抗张强度和白度进行测定,抗张强度指数提高35%,而湿抗张强度提高80%,而纸张的白度则降低近21%。The Azotobacter chroococcum Beijerinck was used for fermentation production poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid （PHB）, and PHB was get by chemical methods of extraction and purification. PHB as papermaking additives and pulp fiber was mixed to make paper, then the dry tensile strength and wet tensile strength of paper were determined, dry tensile strength index and wet tensile strength increased by 35% and 80%, respectively. The whiteness of paper was determined, the result showed it decreased almost 21%.
