摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,RA患者肿瘤发生率较高,且临床不容易发现。本文报道了1例类风湿关节炎合并肺癌患者的临床诊治经过,并结合文献复习,以期能提高临床医生对此类疾病的认识。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common autoimmune disease,which causes high incidence of tumor and is difficult to detect. The paper reported the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis combined with lung cancer and made a literature review,in order to improve clinical doctors＆#39; understanding of this disease.
