摘 要:Outlast蓄热控温材料是一种具有双向调温功能的新型智能纤维,为了将这种纤维的,温度调节功能应用于蚕丝纤维类织物上,采用绢纺系统纺制了30/70、40/60、50/50三种Outlast/蚕丝纤维混纺纱,并设计开发了6种Outlast纤维含量(质量分数)在9.38%~36.25%的Outlast/蚕丝纤维混纺织物。分析Outlast纤维含量对织物的透气性、透湿性、抗起毛起球性等服用性能,以及手感的影响。结果表明:随着Outlast纤维含量的增加,混纺织物的透气性变化不显著,透湿性有所增强,抗起毛起球等级略有下降;混纺织物的硬挺度、滑糯度和丰满度略有下降,但降幅较小,试样间差异不大。可见,Outlast纤维的加入对蚕丝纤维织物的服用性能和手感风格没有显著影响,研究结果为调温型蚕丝纤维混纺织物的设计与开发奠定了基础。Outlast regenerative temperature control material is a new intelligent fiber with two-way temperatureregulating function. To apply temperature-regulating function of this fiber to silk fiber fabrics, three Outlast/silk fiber blended yarns 30/70, 40/60 and 50/50 are spun with spinning system and 6 Outlast/silk fiber blended fabrics with Outlast fiber mass fraction between 9.38% and 36.25% are designed and developed. The influence of Outlast fiber content on air permeability, moisture penetrability, pilling resistance and hand feeling of fabrics is analyzed. The result shows that air permeability of blended fabrics does not change significantly, moisture penetrability increases and pilling resistance grade decreases slightly with the increase of Outlast fiber content. Stiffness, smoothness and fullness of blended fabrics decrease slightly, but the degree of reduction is low and samples do not have great differences. Therefore, the addition of Outlast fiber has no significant influence on wearability and hand feeling of silk fiber fabrics. The research result lays a foundation for the design and development of temperature-regulating silk fiber blended fabrics.
