摘  要:采用高温高压水处理方式对蓖麻蚕茧进行脱胶处理,研究分析蓖麻蚕丝的形态及微观结构。利用蚕丝上残留的丝胶,结合超声波空化振荡进行均匀成膜。选取工艺过程中高温高压脱胶温度、压力、时间,以及超声波成膜处理时间四个因素,选取脱胶后蓖麻蚕丝残胶率、静摩擦系数、纤维强度,以及蓖麻蚕丝膜透气率、断裂强力和厚度均匀度六个指标作为影响实验方案评价的因素,采用正交实验与灰色聚类结合的方式进行工艺优化,最终确定两种优化工艺:1)脱胶温度为120℃,脱胶压力为0.22 MPa,脱胶时间15 min,超声波成膜处理时间30 min;2)脱胶温度为140℃,脱胶压力为0.22 MPa,脱胶时间12 min,超声波成膜处理时间10 min。研究表明,蓖麻蚕丝膜可以为一些绿色保健类产品(如面膜、接触皮肤产品)提供一种适用的材料。Castor cocoon is subject to degumming treatment with high-temperature and high-pressure water treatment method. This paper studies and analyzes the morphological and microscopic structure of caster silk, uses residual gum on silk for uniform film formation with ultrasonic cavitation oscillation, selects four factors-high-temperature and highpressure degumming temperature, pressure and time and ultrasonic fihn formation processing time in the technological process and six indicators-residual gum rate of castor silk after degumming, static friction coefficient, fiber strength, air permeability of castor silk film, breaking strength and thickness uniformity as factors influencing the evaluation of experimental scheme, conducts process optimization with the combination of orthogonal experiment and gray clustering and finally determines two optimizing processes : 1 ) degumming temperature 120 ℃, degumming pressure 0.22 MPa, degumming time 15 rain and ultrasonic film formation processing time 30 vain; 2) degumming temperature 140 ℃, degumming pressure 0.22 MPa, degumming time 12 rain and research shows that castor silk film can provide an applicable and products in contact with skin. ultrasonic film formation processing time 10 min.
