摘  要:以4.17/2 tex绢丝纱为例,探讨高支绢丝纱的生产工艺,探究其生产的工艺要点。指出:精练时根据各个工序的特点选择合适的浴比、温度及时间;开绵轻定量喂入,梳绵取小隔距,大的翻绵高度;延展时绵层要铺层均匀,采用四道并条,并且牵伸倍数不宜过大,以提高绵条均匀度,粗纺采用针辊式梳理;精纺采用大的罗拉隔距,以保证须条正常牵伸,纱线经并丝加捻后采用三道烧毛,提高纱线表面的洁净度。最终成纱条的CV值为9.51%,成纱质量较好。Taking 4.17/2 tex spun silk yarn for example, this paper discusses production process of high-count spun silk yarn, explores main points of its production process and points out that appropriate bath ratio, temperature and time shall be selected according to features of each process during refining; waste silk opening shall be fed into lightly and quantitatively; cotton carding shall be subject to small gauge and large turning depth of the dressing operation; during extension, cotton layer shall be uniform; four-channel drawing shall be adopted; draft multiple shall not be too high in order to improve the uniformity of silk sliver. Pin-roller carding is used for roving; large Roller Gauge is used for worsted so as to guarantee normal doubling and twisting so as to improve has a good quality. drafting of fiber strand. surface cleanliness of yarn Three-channel singeing is adopted for yarn after CV value of final finished sliver is 9.51% , which
