摘  要:采用直接关系图(DRG)法和敏感性分析(SA)法对包含261种组分、1,338个反应的柴油/甲醇高温氧化机理进行了简化.开发了适用于层流火焰模型的DRG简化程序,取阈值0.01得到包含65种组分、409个反应的初步简化机理,将该机理与详细机理的模拟结果进行了对比分析;在初步简化结果的基础上,采用SA方法进一步得到包含61种组分、151个反应的简化机理.简化机理对参比燃料中甲苯和产物中苯的模拟结果与层流火焰的试验值吻合较好,能反映碳烟前驱体的演化过程;氧化剂、主要产物以及其他参比燃料的预测值与试验值接近,可以描绘层流预混火焰结构;简化机理与预测双燃料着火的23步反应机理结合后,应用到缸内燃烧的三维模拟中,可以较为准确地预测缸内压力和放热率的变化.The direct relation graph (DRG) method and the sensitivity analysis (SA) method were used to reduce the diesel/methanol high-temperature oxidation mechanism, which contains 261 species and 1 338 reactions. A mecha- nism reduction program for laminar premixed flame was developed based on the DRG theory. By setting the threshold to 0. 01 in the program, a primary reduction mechanism was obtained, which contains 65 species and 409 reactions. Comparison and analysis were done between the detailed and reduced mechanisms. Based on the primary result, a reduced mechanism with 61 species and 151 reactions was generated by SA method. The simulation results for toluene and benzene in the reduced mechanism, which can reflect the evolutionary process of soot precursor, agreed well with the experimental values in the laminar premixed flame. The reduced mechanism can also describe the structure of the laminar premixed flame by giving approximate results of oxidant, major products and other reference fuels com- pared with the experimental values. When combined with the 23 steps mechanism, which is used to predict the igni- tion time of the diesel/methanol combined combustion, and applied to the three-dimensional simulation of in-cylinder combustion process, the reduced mechanism can reflect the changing process of the pressure and heat release rate in the cylinder more accurately.
