摘　　要：总结36例起搏器依赖患者行起搏器更换的安全管理。具体措施为对起搏器完全依赖患者强化健康教育及跟踪随访,起搏器更换前充分评估及完善的术前准备,起搏器更换术中密切配合,起搏器更换术后的精细化管理是安全更换起搏器的保障。36例患者成功更换起搏器,1例局部血肿瘀斑,经红外线照射后好转。To summarize the safety management of pacemaker replacement on 36 patients with pacemaker dependence. Specific measures included health education and follow-up visits on these patients, adequate assessment and perfect preoperative preparation before pacemaker replacement, close coordination during operation as well as refined management after pacemaker replacement. Pacemaker were successfully replaced for 36 patients except one ease appeared partial petechia hematoma but was improved after infrared irradiation.
