肿瘤专科护士在乳腺癌全程管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤专科护士在乳腺癌全程个案管理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月至12月本科收治的269例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,由肿瘤专科护士作为全程个案管理师以"一对一服务模式"为患者和家属提供贯穿整个治疗过程的专业化、个体化的全程服务。结果与2012年同期相比,在乳腺癌住院患者增加11%的基础上,平均住院天数减少29%,患者满意度从94.5%提高至98.3%,医生对护理工作满意度从89.2%提高至98.6%。截至2014年12月,随访的251例患者均无严重并发症发生,且对肿瘤专科护士满意度均达到98.8%以上。结论肿瘤专科护士作为乳腺癌全程个案管理师提高了患者及医生对护理工作满意度的同时也提高了自身的职业成就感和工作满意度,为肿瘤专科护士的职业生涯规划提供了一条新的思路。Objective To explore the function of oncology specialized nurses in the overall management of patients with breast cancer. Methods In total of 269 patients with breast cancer received treatment in our hospital from January to December 2013 were included in our study. According to the model of one-to-one service, the oncology specialized nurses as the case managers of overall management provided professional and personalized services to patients and their family in the process of treatment. Results Compared with the corresponding period in 2012, inpatients with breast cancer increased by 11%, average length of stay decreased by 29%, patient satisfaction rate increased from 94.5% to 98.3%, and doctors＂ satisfaction rate of nursing work increased from 89.2% to 98.6%. By the end of December 2014, no one among the 251 follow-up patients had severe complications and patients＂ satisfaction rate of oncology specialized nurses reached over 98.8%. Conclusion The oncology specialized nurses as the case managers of overall management can improve both doctors＂ satisfaction rate of nursing work as well as their own sense of achievement and job satisfaction. Moreover, we can learn new idea of career planning for oncology specialized nurses from this case.
