摘　　要：地理国情为国家基本国情之一,地理国情监测应用于自然灾害的防灾减灾工作关系到群众的安全与社会的持续稳定发展。本文针对灾害的防御与应急工作,以灾害领域专题监测的内容、监测方法以及专题监测体系的构建为主要内容,进行面向服务的灾害领域专题监测的研究。Geographical conditions is the most basic national conditions of our country, and disaster field as one application of the geo- graphic national conditions monitoring, the work of disasters prevention and mitigation related to the safety of the masses and the steady development of society, In this paper the content, method and construction of project monitoring system as the main content, carry on research of service - oriented project monitoring in disaster field.
