摘 要:植物光合有效辐射的评价需按照植物的光谱响应曲线,或用目前国际通用的光合光量子通量密度(PPFD),这涉及植物生理学和辐射度学等领域,形成了新的交叉学科——植物光度学。目前这一领域存在的主要问题是:光合有效辐射的评价方法不完善;用于测定PPFD参量的仪器(PAR METER)计量机构还不能提供校准,不同厂家仪器的测量结果相差最高达70%;光合作用等植物生理特性与光辐射关系的基础研究不足,缺乏准确的光辐射测量技术。急需开展相关测量技术的研究。Photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) measurement should be in accordance with the spectral responsecurve of plant or be based on the commonly used photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD). This research workinvolves in the areas of plant physiology, optical radiation, and photometry etc., which forms a new multidisciplinaryscience plant photometry. The current main problem is the big difference of the measurement result, as high as70%, when using different instruments. The metrology technology is not strong enough to support the basic researchwork on the field of relation of plant physiology characteristics with optical radiation, so there is an urgent need tocarry out the relevant measurement technology research.
