祛玫汤治疗玫瑰糠疹63例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析祛玫汤治疗玫瑰糠疹63例的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年~2013年收治的126例玫瑰糠疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取中药祛玫汤为主治疗的方法,对照组实行口服扑尔敏为主的治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组总的有效率达到87.3%,对照组则只有55.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学上的意义（P〈0.05）。结论在玫瑰糠疹的临床治疗上,祛玫汤并配合甘霖洗剂的方法可以提高患者的治疗效果,缩短治疗时间。ObjectiveTo observe analysis remove mei soup treatment of pityriasis rosea,63 cases of clinical curative effect. MethodsSelect our hospital from 2011 to 2013 treated 126 cases of patients with pityriasis rosea,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group and observation group to remove mei tang chinese medicine treatment,the control group with oral chlorpheniramine maleate treatment method,to compare the effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results Observation group total effectiveness 87.3%,control group was only 55.6%,similar between the two groupshave statistical significance（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion On the clinical treatment of pityriasis rosea,remove mei soup and cooperate with the showers of lotion method can improve the treatment effect of patients,shorten the treatment time,should be popularized in clinical application.
