探讨心血管内科急性心绞痛临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析心血管内科急性心绞痛患者的临床治疗方法。方法 2013~2014年我院共接收了100例急性心绞痛患者,将这些患者随机分组为实验组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者接受常规治疗和氯吡格雷治疗,观察分析两组患者的心绞痛情况、治疗效果、不良反应等。结果经过治疗后,实验组患者的临床治疗有效率是98%,对照组的治疗有效率是86%,两组患者的临床治疗结果具有统计学差异性,P〈0.05。观察组和对照组患者经治疗,心绞痛的发生频率都有所降低,持续时间短,实验组患者的改善幅度比对照组优秀。结论心绞痛患者使用常规药物和氯吡格雷治疗效果优于单纯常规治疗。Objective To study the clinical treatment methods of patients with acute angina cardiovascular department of internal medicine analysis method of acute angina.MethodsIn our hospital from 2013 to 2014 and received a total of 100 cases of acute angina patients,these patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group received routine treatment,patients in the experimental group received the routine therapy plus clopidogrel therapy,observation of the two groups of patients with angina pectoris situation,treatment outcome and adverse reaction.Results After treatment,the clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group and the effective rate was 98%,the effective rate of control group was 86%, two groups of patients with clinical treatment results with statistical difference,P〈0.05. The observation group and the control group of patients after treatment,the occurrence frequency of angina pectoris were reduced,of short duration,patients in the experimental group than in the control group the excelent magnitude of improvement.Conclusion Patients with angina pectoris with routine medication and clopidogrel treatment effect due to conventional therapy alone.
