探讨脑胶质瘤的手术效果分析及预后

摘　　要：目的研究分析脑胶质瘤手术治疗效果。方法根据2013~2014年我院接收的146例患者来进行研究分析,为患者进行常规检查,确诊为脑胶质瘤后,进行手术治疗,对手术效果进行分析。结果脑胶质瘤患者中男性患者的死亡率比女性高,P〈0.05;随着患者的年龄增长,其死亡率也会增加,超过40岁的死亡率比较高;脑胶质瘤为LGG级的患者,术后存活率高,HGG级的患者死亡率高;全切患者的死亡率比次全切患者低,P〈0.05。结论脑胶质瘤临床具有较高的发病率,采取手术治疗的效果比较突出,对患者的治疗效果产生的影响因素比较多,需要结合患者的实际情况来进行干预,改善预后。Objective Analysis of glioma surgical treatment.Methods One hundred and forty-six patients enroled in our hospital and analysis from 2013 to 2014.For routine examination of patients,diagnosed as cerebral glioma,Surgical treatment,results of operations analysis.ResultsThe mortality rate of glioma patients, men were higher than women,P〈0.05; The mortality rate wil increase with the patient＇s age. Over 40 years of age mortality is relatively high; LGG grade glioma patients,the postoperative survival rate,HGG high level of mortality; ful cut mortality was lower than subtotal patients,P〈0.05.Conclusion Gliomas have a higher incidence of clinical,surgical treatment efect more prominent,treatment of patients with more images,combined with the actual situation of the patient＆#39;s need to intervene and improve prognosis.
