眼底出血采用护理干预的远期康复效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对眼底出血患者远期康复效果的影响。方法将128例眼底出血患者分为干预组和对照组(n=64),对照组实施常规护理,干预组针对动脉硬化形成因素实施针对性护理干预。结果干预组干预后的黄斑厚度明显低于对照组,视力明显高于对照组,P<0.05;干预组干预后的生活质量评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对眼底出血患者实施护理干预,能有效提高远期康复效果和患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of long-term rehabilitation of retinal hemorrhage nursing intervention.Methods 128 cases of retinal hemorrhage were divided into intervention and control group（n=64）,the implementation of usual care control group,the intervention group factors for atherosclerosis implement targeted nursing intervention.ResultsThe intervention group after macular thickness was significantly lower than the control group,visual acuity was significantly higher,P〈0.05; after the intervention group quality of life scores were significantly lower than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients with retinal bleeding,can effectively improve the long-term rehabilitation and quality of life of patients.
