浅谈循证护理在房颤并发脑栓塞患者中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在房颤合并脑栓塞患者中的护体体会。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年6月期间收治的150例房颤引发的脑栓塞患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予循证护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果经过有效护理后,观察组患者Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer等评分高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理对房颤合并脑栓塞患者的护理效果明显,且有助于患者神经功能及日常生活功能的改善。Objective Discussion of evidence-based care in atrial fibrilation patients with cerebral embolism body care experience.MethodsOur hospital in June 2013 to cerebral embolism in patients admitted in June 2014 during the 150 cases of atrial fibrilation caused by the study,according to the random number table wil be divided into a control group and observation group and control group were treated with routine care,observation group were treated with evidence-based care,patient care results were compared.ResultsAfter the effective care of patients in the observation group and fugl-meyer barthel index score was significantly higher,the difference between groups was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with atrial fibrilation with cerebral embolism is obvious effect,and helps improve neurological function and activities of daily living functions.
