摘　　要：目的探讨多胎妊振围生期的临床护理效果及其应用价值。方法选取我院于2013年3月~6月间收治的多胎妊娠产妇60例,对其制定相应的多胎妊娠围生期临床护理干预,对比研究产妇的并发症发生率与对护理的满意度。结果所有产妇在接受围生临床护理干预后,均成功分娩,且未有并发症发生。产妇对临床护理的满意度较高,护理质量明显提升。结论通过对多胎妊娠产妇制定专业临床护理干预,能有效提高产妇的分娩质量,减少并发症的发生机率,提高产妇对护理的满意度。Objective To investigate the multifetal pregnancy perinatal nursing clinical effect and application value.Methods Selected in our hospital from March to June 2013 from maternal pregnancy in 60 cases,to develop their corresponding multifetal pregnancy perinatal clinical nursing intervention,comparative study of maternal complications and satisfaction rate of nursing. Results All the mothers in the acceptance of perinatal clinical nursing intervention were successful,delivery,and no complication occurred. Maternal high satisfaction of clinical nursing, nursing quality improved significantly.Conclusion Through the multiple pregnancy maternal develop professional clinical nursing intervention, can effectively improve maternal quality of delivery,the incidence and reduce the complications,improve maternal satisfaction with care,and worth of clinical application.
