人性化护理在泌尿外科护理中的应用效果探析

摘　　要：目的对人性化护理应用于泌尿外科的效果进行分析。方法根据2012~2013年我院接收的120例泌尿外科患者来探讨人性化护理的应用效果,将这些患者随机分组,对照组和观察组均有60例,对照组患者使用常规护理,观察组患者使用常规护理和人性化护理,对两组患者的临床护理满意度和病情恢复情况进行对比分析。结果我院采取分组护理后,对照组患者的临床护理满意度是70%,有效率是76.67%;观察组的护理满意度是96.67%,有效率是98.33%。两组患者的满意度和有效率存在统计学差异性,P〈0.05。结论泌尿外科护理中使用人性化护理能够对患者的病情康复起到促进作用,让患者更快治愈,临床应用价值高。Objective To analyze application of humanized nursing in department of urology effect.MethodsFor receiving according to hospital from 2012 to 2013 120 cases of patients in the department of urology,to explore the application effect of humanized nursing,these patients were divided into groups randomly,60 cases of control group and the observation group was the control group,routine nursing care of patients with the use of routine nursing care,observation and humanized nursing used patients,comparison analysis of two groups of patients clinical nursing satisfaction and disease recovery.Results In our hospital take the grouping nursing,clinical nursing satisfaction control group of patients was 70%,effective rate is 76.67%,nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.67%,effective rate is 98.33%. Two groups of patients＆#39; satisfaction and efficiency of existing statistical difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion The use of humanized nursing can promote the patients recovery conclusion department of urology nursing care,let patients faster cure,clinical application.
