细辛脑注射液治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的对细辛脑注射液治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效展开系统评价。方法对已发表的细辛脑注射液治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎相关研究文献进行检索,并采用Rev Man 4.0软件进行统计学分析。结果共入选12篇文献,经Meta分析显示,细辛脑治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,且合并检验分级结果具体为:P值小于0.00001,Z为8.5,合并后OR值为4.2,95%的可信区间为(3.06,3.07)。其他的止咳天数、哮鸣音消失时间、胸片X线恢复时间等次要结局指标均优于对照组,数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用细辛脑注射液对喘息性支气管炎患儿展开治疗,可起到显著的止咳、平喘作用。Objective To the clinical curative effect of asarone injection treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis systematic evaluation.MethodsAsaroneinjection treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis related research published literatures were retrieved,and statistical analysis was performed using RevMan4.0 software.Results Asarone the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the number of days of cough,wheeze,chest X-ray disappearance time of recovery time secondary outcome indicators were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The asarone injection expansion therapy on infants with asthmatic bronchitis,cough,asthma can play a significant effect,and the effect of treatment was better than the control group.
