盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的对盐酸氨溴索(沐舒坦)雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作临床治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法将我院收治的56例老年慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为研究组和常规组,每组均为28例,常规组给予常规性治疗,研究组在常规组治疗基础上给予沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗,对比两组病症缓解时间、住院时间及总有效率。结果研究组的病症缓解时间、住院时长等均明显优于常规组(P<0.05),差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论采取沐舒坦雾化吸入老年慢性支气管炎急性发作,可有效改善临床病症,提高疗效,缩短治疗时间,具有重要的临床实践意义。Objective Of ambroxol atomization inhalation in the treatment of senile chronic bronchitis in acute attack clinical curative effect analyze.MethodsConventional method group was given conventional treatment,the patients in study group received mucosolvan nebulization therapy based on conventional therapy group,compared two groups of disease remission time,hospitalization time and total efficiency.Results The study group disease remission time,length of hospital stay were significantly better than the conventional treatment group,the total efficiency of study group was significantly higher than that of conventional group.Conclusion Taking ambroxol atomization inhalation acute attack of senile chronic bronchitis, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the curative effect.
