西藏冰川棘豆根内曲霉属真菌生物学特性研究

摘　　要：为探讨西藏植物内生菌曲霉属真菌的生物学特性,本研究利用PDA培养基和KB培养基鉴定了菌落的特征,利用载片培养法鉴定了孢子的特征。结果表明:1菌株在PDA培养基上菌落散生,边缘不规则缺裂,稀薄而透明,基部菌丝体薄且平坦、具沟纹、丝绒状质地;在KB培养基上菌落为黑色,边缘不规则缺裂,且形成有规则的褶皱,稀薄而透明,基部菌丝体薄、平坦、具沟纹、丝绒状质地。2所分离出的菌株不具有有性型。3分离得到的菌株属于半知菌亚门丝孢纲丝孢目淡色孢科曲霉属环绕亚属黑色组真菌的一种。Abstract： The biological characteristics of endophytic fungus belonging to Aspergillus separated from fresh roots of Oxyropi glacialis was studied and the characteristics of colonies and spores were identified by using photo cul- ture method with PDA medium and KB. The results showed that： ① colonies of the strain were scattered, thin and transparent with irregular edges, thin and flat base myeelium with grooves and velvet-like texture on both PDA and KB medium, and colonies were black with regular folds on KB medium; ② the isolated strain had no te- leomorph; ③the isolated strain was one of the species of black fungus group belonging to AspergiUus, Monilia- ceous, Hyphomycetales, Hyphomycetes, Deuteromycotina.
