摘 要:为了解决高浓度猪场废水难处理问题,将无能耗微电解、微生物降解和生物电化学工艺融为一体而设计了一种厌氧自电解(anaerobic self-electrolysis,ASE)反应器,考察了反应器启动特性、停留时间和电流密度对猪场废水处理的影响。结果表明,经过43 d序批式培养,ASE成功启动,最大输出电压为0.41 V(无催化剂对照为0.34 V)。停留时间和电流密度对猪场废水厌氧自电解过程有明显影响。在优选停留时间(4 d)和电流密度(4X,4X为反应器外接电阻1 000Ω时电流密度的4倍)条件下,COD和总氮去除率分别可达到86.57%-87.27%和51.57%-52.90%,氨氮和硝氮的去除率分别为31.03%-37.27%和79.45%-84.03%。ASE的产电最大功率密度达到1.9971 W/m3,而对照仅为0.7981 W/m3。GC分析结果显示,猪场废水中的臭味组分经ASE处理可以有效去除。Swine wastewater,a typical concentrated organic wastewater,is difficult to be treated. A novel technology called anaerobic self-electrolysis( ASE) reactor which coupled with micro-electrolysis,microbial degradation and bioelectrochemistry technology can effectively treat wastewater,synchronize with power generation.The characteristic of start-up,the effect of hydraulic retention time( HRT) and current density were explored respectively. The results show that after the sequencing batch of 43 d,the maximum stable voltage of 0. 41 V(0. 34 V of the reactor without catalyst) was achieved.(0. 34 V of the reactor without catalyst). Meanwhile,both HRT and current density had a great effect on ASE reactors. Under the optimal conditions of HRT(4 d),and current density(4X,4X = 4 times current with 1 000 Ω external resistance),86. 57% - 87. 27% of COD,51. 57% - 52. 90% of total nitrogen,79. 45% - 84. 03% of nitrate nitrogen and 31. 03% - 37. 27% of ammonia nitrogen were removed from swine wastewater,simultaneously,the maximum power density of 1. 9971 W/m3(0. 7981 W/m3 of contrast) was obtained. In addition,the results of gas chromatography( GC) showed that odor components of swine wastewater could be effectively removed by ASE reactors.
