摘　　要：用医疗废物处理中的生物指示剂——嗜热型脂肪杆菌芽孢的热死亡时间表征医疗废物湿热灭菌中的热死亡时间,通过对嗜热型脂肪杆菌芽孢的湿热灭菌实验数据进行分析,用一级反应动力学方程表示一定温度下微生物的热死亡速率,得到了医疗废物处理中的湿热灭菌动力学方程。并对方程中的参数进行了回归计算,得到医疗废物湿热灭菌处理工艺中的热死亡时间、灭菌温度和灭菌率之间更为简单的函数关系。计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。In this paper,the thermal death time of moist heat sterilization is represented by the thermal death time of bacillus stearothermophilus,which is used as the biological indicator in medical waste steam treatment. By analyzing the results of bacillus stearothermophilus in moist heat sterilization experiment,the first-order reaction kinetics is used to describe the thermal death rate of microorganisms under certain temperature,and the kinetic equation of moist heat sterilization in medical waste treatment is obtained. A more simple relationship of thermal death time,sterilization termperature and sterilization rate in the moist steam sterilization process of medical waste treatment is given through the regression analysis of parameters in equations. The calculation results obtained by equations are in good agreement with the experimental data.
