常温下好氧颗粒污泥的形成过程及除污性能

摘  要:接种产絮脱氮菌剂TN-14强化普通活性污泥在常温下实现快速颗粒化。研究了污泥颗粒化过程中污泥形态、浓度(MLSS)、体积指数(SVI)、粒径分布、胞外多糖(PS)和蛋白(PN)的变化规律,以及除污性能。结果表明,反应器污泥在45 d内完全实现颗粒化,成熟颗粒污泥粒径多在0.6-1.0 mm之间;颗粒化期间,系统内污泥浓度略有增加,而污泥体积指数SVI值呈下降趋势。污泥PS和PN含量均明显增加,成熟稳定期污泥PS和PN含量分别维持在84.22-90.46 mg/g MLVSS以及294.22-345.26 mg/g MLVSS。污泥颗粒化后对污水除污能力都有一定的提高,颗粒污泥稳定运行阶段出水COD、氨氮、TN和TP值都能满足一级A类排放标准(GB18918-2002)。The methods of adding the bioflocculant-produced denitrifier bacteria TN-14 in conventional activated sludge to realize the rapid formation of aerobic granular sludge( AGS) were accepted. The sludge morphology,concentration( MLSS),sludge volume index( SVI),particle size distribution and variation of extracellular polysaccharides( PS) and extracellular protein( PN) contents,as well as the decontamination performance in the sludge granulation process were studied. The results showed that the sludge could fully realize graining within45 d,and the diameter of mature granular sludge was between 0. 6 - 1. 0 mm. During granulation process,the sludge got a slight increase in the system,while the sludge volume index( SVI) value decreased. Meanwhile,the contents of PS and PN significantly increased,mature and stable levels of sludge PS and PN were maintained at 84. 22 - 90. 46 mg/g MLVSS and 294. 22 - 345. 26 mg/g MLVSS. Sewage decontamination capabilities have a certain enhancement after the sludge granulation. And the effluent COD,NH+4-N,TN and TP could meet Class A emission standard level( GB18918-2002).
