摘　　要：The history of the Fujian enterprise product standards registration system can be traced back to the 1990s and the provincial regulations on enterprise standards registration was developed and released in 2000 and put into practice in May 2001. At the initial phase, the ReguLations played a significant rote in increasing the awareness of enterprises towards standardization and product quatity and safety. However, the guiding rote of the ReguLations tater weakened and part of its provisions are not consistent with reLevant poLicies and Laws along with the enhancement of market economy system in China.
