摘　　要：Standards provide an important toolkit for southeast China＇s coastal Fujian Province in its development of beautiful villages. Beautiful villages, as the main carrier for transformation and upgrading of new countryside, has become an important component for the development of ecological civilization and beautiful China. Adhering to the tenet of ＂high productivity, well-off life, tidy village, rural civilization and democratic management,＂ beautiful villages mainly reflect the key strategic goal for the development of urban-and-rural integration with continued and improved policies as well as rich and substantial connotations.
