摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品产品和生产环境的卫生质量状况。方法对2011-2013年潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品生产企业的车间空气、工作台表面、工人手表面和产品采样,对其微生物污染状况进行检测与调查。结果 2011-2013年3年期间共采样1200份,总合格率为96.8%,逐年合格率分别为95.5%、96.0%和98.4%;车间空气、工作台表面、工人手表面和产品总合格率分别为99.1%、98.3%、96.5%和94.5%;一次性使用卫生用品产品中卫生纸、餐巾纸、卫生巾/护垫、普通湿巾、成人纸尿裤/片、婴幼儿纸尿裤/片、卫生湿巾、一次性纸杯、皮肤抑菌剂合格率分别为93.2%、96.4%、98.6%、81.8%、93.3%、91.7%、100.0%、50.0%和100.0%;产品细菌菌落总数和真菌菌落总数合格率分别95.4%和98.2%,大肠菌群和致病性化脓菌合格率均为100.0%。结论 2011-2013年潍坊市一次性使用卫生用品的生产环境和产品合格率呈逐年改善和上升趋势,不同种类样品合格率有差异,应加强监管力度,保障一次性使用卫生用品的使用安全。Objective To investigate the hygiene quality of disposable sanitary products of weifang during 2011-2013, and to promote the supervision of disposable sanitary products quality. Methods Samples were collected from factory workshops including air, surface of workbench, hands of workers and products in Weifang during 2011-2013, and the total bacterial count,fungi and pathogens were tested. Results The qualification rates of disposable sanitary products of Weifang from 2011 to 2013 were 95.5% ,96.0% and 98.4% respectively,while the total qualification rate was 96.8% ;The qualification rates for toilet paper, napkin, sanitary towel, ordinary wet wipes, paper diaper for adults, paper diaper for babies, antibacterial wipes, disposable cups and bacteriostatic agent for skin were 93.2% ,96.4% ,98.6% ,81.8% ,93.3% ,91.7%, 100.0% ,50.0% and 100.0% respectively; 95.4% and 98.2% disposable sanitary products were qualified for total bacterial and fungi count, and all the products were qualified for coli group, Staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pyogenic streptococcus. Conclusions Most of the disposable sanitary products and the production environment in Weifang during 2011-2013 were qualified except few of them. The government should strengthen the supervision for the disposable sanitary products and perfect their hygiene quality
