护患沟通方式对患者术后护理依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员与患者的沟通方式对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(以下简称为OSAHS)患者手术后依从性的影响。方法对186例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者采用随机方法分为对照组89例,观察组97例;对照组应用传统告知方法 ,观察组采用PPT形式,进行集体宣教,现场演示,个别指导,现身说教等方法的护患沟通技巧。结果观察组的依从性明显高于对照组,两组患者术后依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良好的护患沟通方式能够增强护患信息交流,增进理解,融洽关系,增加信任,提高患者依从性。Objective To explore the nursing staff and patients communication way on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （hereinafter referred to as the OSAHS） affect compliance of patients after oper- ation. Methods 186 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were randomly divided into control group of 89 cases, 97 cases in the experimental group; the control group used the traditional method of inform- ing,the experimental group adopted the form of PPT, collective education,live demonstrations,individual guidance, nurse patient communication skills appear didactic methods etc. Results The compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between two groups of compliance of patients after （P〈0.05）. Conclusions A good nurse patient communication to enhance nurse patient information exchanges, enhance mutual understanding and friendly relations,increase mutual trust, enhance patient compliance.
