摘  要:为深入研究小花棘豆中毒对羊的影响,将4只羊随机分为2组,即对照组、试验组。试验组每天按每千克体重10 g的量饲喂小花棘豆干粉,观察临床症状至典型症状出现为止,然后进行组织病理学切片及酶类含量等方面试验,并与对照组进行对比。结果表明:与对照组羊相比,试验组羊天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量均升高;尿素氮(BUN)、血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)含量均升高;三酰甘油(TG)含量降低;各组织器官形态病变显著,表明小花棘豆对羊只组织器官有一定的毒害作用。To further study the effect of Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning on sheep, four sheep were randomly divided into two groups including a control group and an experimental group. The experimental group was fed 10g/( kg· d) of Oxytropis glabra DC dry powder every day. The clin- ical symptoms were observed until typical symptom appeared. The experimental researches on the aspects of histopathological slices, the enzyme content, and so on were conducted, which were compared with the control group. The results showed that the contents of serum aspartate amin- otransferase (AST) , alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in the sheep from the experimental group were signifi- cantly higher than those in the control group. The contents of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), glucose (GLU), and total cholesterol (TC) in the sheep from the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control goup, and the content of serum triglyeeride (TG) de- creased. The morphological pathological changes were significant in various tissues and organs. The results indicate that Oxytropis glabra DC has a certain toxic effect on the tissues and organs of sheep.
