薏苡叶提取物对H22荷瘤小鼠的体内抗肿瘤作用

摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度的薏苡叶水提物和醇提物对H22荷瘤小鼠的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法取清洁级昆明种小鼠120只,制备成H22细胞移植性肿瘤模型后,分为12组,每组10只,为模型组,对照组(环磷酰胺,20 mg·kg-1),5个剂量水提实验组(0.15,0.30,0.45,0.60,0.75 g·m L-1)和5个剂量醇提实验组(剂量同上)。称取H22荷瘤小鼠的实体瘤重,计算抑瘤率,同时计算肝指数、脾指数及胸腺指数。结果薏苡叶提取物的最佳抑瘤剂量为0.45 g·m L-1,醇提物的抑瘤率较水提物好。与模型组比较,水提物0.45 g·m L-1组和醇提物各剂量组能显著抑制肿瘤的生长(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中醇提物0.45 g·m L-1组抑瘤率达到63.2%。薏苡叶提取物在发挥抑瘤作用的同时,对胸腺有明显的保护作用。结论薏苡叶提取物的最佳抑瘤剂量为0.45 g·m L-1,醇提物的抑瘤率较水提物好。Objective To study the antitumor effect in vivo of Coix leaf′s water extract and alcohol extract of different concentrations on H 22 tumor-bearing mice.Methods Take 120 CL Kunming mice to prepare tumor models of cell transplantation , and divided these into 12 groups, with 10 mice in each group.There are model group and control group ( cy-clophosphamide , 20 mg · kg -1 ) , five difference concentration ( 0.15 , 0.30 ,0.45 ,0.60 ,0.75 g · mL -1 ) groups with Coix leaf′s water extract (CLWE) and alcohol extract(CLAE).The tumor of H22 tumor-bearing mice was weighed.The inhibitory rate, and calculate liver index, spleen index and thymus index were calculated .Results The best antitumor concentration of the extract from Coix leaf′s is 0.45 g· mL-1 .The inhi-bition rate of CLAE is better than the CLWE .Compared with the model group, the 0.45 g· mL-1 group of CLWE and each concentration groups of CLAE can significantly inhibit the growth of tumor ( P <0.05 , P<0.01 ) .The tumor inhibition rate of CLAE of 0.45 g · mL -1 reaches 63.2%.The Coix leaf′s extracts exert antitumor effect , and have a sig-nificant protective effect on thymus at the same time .Conclusion The best antitumor concentration of the extract from Coix leaf′s is 0.45 g· mL-1 .The inhibition rate of CLAE is better than that of the CLWE .
