摘 要:首先分析了钢球磨煤机噪声的形成机理和其特性,并列举了现阶段国内外控制钢球磨煤机噪声的主要措施。提出一种利用热声制冷技术对钢球磨煤机进行降噪利噪的措施,并对其原理和工作方式进行重点论述。将其和前几种降噪措施进行比较,显示出其降噪利噪的优越性。该措施节能环保,有较大的发展空间和广阔应用前景。First of all, this article analyzes the formation mechanism and the characteristics of the ball mill noise, and lists the main measures to control the ball mill noise at home and abroad at present stage. Put forward a kind of the thermoacoustic refrigeration technology in the ball mill noise and noise reduction measures, and mainly discusses the principle and the way of working. And then compare it with the previous several noise reduction measures, showing the superiority of the noise reduction, the measures to energy conservation and environmental protection, have larger space for development and broad application prospects.
