摘　　要：随着抗生素耐药菌株的大量出现,抗菌肽的使用为临床感染的治疗提供了一种新的思路和手段。抗菌肽作为一种新型的抗菌制剂应用于抑制和杀灭细菌生物膜的过程中发挥了独特的优势,也存在明显的缺陷。本文将对抗菌肽作用于细菌生物膜的研究现状,在应用中目前存在的问题及可能采取的解决办法进行综述。With the emergence of resistant strains,antibacterial peptides provide a new strategy for the treatment of clinical infections with antibiotic resistant bacteria. Antimicrobial peptides,as a new type of antimicrobial agents,have shown unique advantages in inhibiting and killing bacteria biofilm,its defect however is obvious. In this paper,we reviewed the current status of the researches on the effects of antibacterial peptides against bacteria biofilms,the existing problems in the application and possible solutions.
