摘 要:目的:研究茜草科植物钩藤的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱,羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶,ODS,制备高效液相色谱法等方法对钩藤的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据其理化性质与波谱数据对所分得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从钩藤的乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,2),5-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸(chlorogenicacid,3),柯诺辛碱(corynoxine,4),去氢钩藤碱(corynoxeine,5),异去氢钩藤碱(isocorynoxeine,6),钩藤碱(rhynchophylline,7),异钩藤碱(isorhynchophylline,8),普鲁托品(protopine,9),卡丹宾碱(cadambine,10),二氢卡丹宾碱(3α-dihydrocadambine,11),喜果苷(vincoside lactam,12),异长春花苷内酰胺(strictosamide,13),金丝桃苷(hyperoside,14)。结论:化合物9为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3,13,14为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the Chemical Constituents of Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis. Method: The compounds were obtained and purified by column chromatography on silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and preparative HPLC, the structures of these compounds were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Result: Fourteen compounds were obtained from the ethanol extract of Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uneis, their structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol (1) , daucosterol (2) , ehlorogenicacid (3) , corynoxine (4), corynoxeine (5), isocorynoxeine (6), rhynchophylline (7), isorhynchophylline (8) , protopine (9) , cadambine (10) , 3α-dihydrocadambine ( 11 ) , vincoside lactam (12) , strictosamide (13) , hyperoside (14). Conclusion: Compound 9 was obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 3, 13 and 14 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
