摘　　要：主任医师，博士生导师。被授予国务院专家政府特殊津贴。任中华医学会生殖医学分会常委、上海市医学会生殖医学分会主任委员。担任《生殖与避孕》常务编委。1982年毕业于山东医科大学。从事临床妇产科工作，1990年始进行生殖医学临床与研究，是我国早期开展辅助生育技术（ART）的专家之一。2001年组建上海瑞金医院生殖医学中心。主要研究与工作方向：生殖内分泌与辅助生殖技术、生殖伦理与管理、女性生殖资源保存与利用等。Chief Physician, Ph.D Supervisor. She enjoys special government allowances, is the standing committee member of Chinese Society of Reproductive Medicine, President for Shanghai Medical Association of Reproductive Medicine. She is now the standing member of the journal Reproduction ＆Contraception. She graduated from Shandong Medical University in 1982. She majored in obstetrics and gynecology for years, commenced assisted reproductive technology （ART）job in 1990 and is one of the earliest reproductive specialists in China. She established Ruijin Hospital Reproductive Center in 2001. She mainly studied the reproductive endocrine and ART, reproductive ethics and management, female reproductive conservation and utilization, etc.
